Best handle replacement material - modern

What's the opinion of you folks as to which material would make the best replacement handle for a general purpose foolder I have: G 10, Micarta, or That graphite stuff?

I like the functionality of the G10. Micarta and Graphite are prettier.
But my knives are tools.

I looove micarta. CF isn't bad either, when done right, it offers a substantial improvement in stiffness as the CF Mili proved. And the 3-D effect is pretty, too. The problem with CF seems to be the cost-benefit ratio.
