Best Hard Use Folder for around $100

I see that the Buck/TOPS CSAR-T was already mentioned, and while I haven't actually had to use mine for any "hard" tasks, I absolutely wouldn't hesitate to do so. It truly is a beast of a knife, and 154CM is no slouch. However, I personally bought mine specifically to ride on a backpack via MOLLE webbing, not in my pocket or on my belt.
 
Some years ago I was watching a TV show about daily life among Inuits in Alaska. In one scene a couple of men were dressing a seal. One of them whipped out a Buck 110 and commenced cleaning the seal. I had a 110 at the time. I figured if its alright with those guys it'll do me just fine for me which it has for 30+ years now.
