I just watched the Inosanto tape and I'm a little bit disappointed.
There were just a few techniques shown in detail and repeated over and over and fast.
The techniques very unnecesarily often repeated and some other techniques were just shown once or twice in a combination and not explained in detail. Also I didn't like the 'interviews' with Inosanto; yes, they were interesting but took away valuable time.
Overall defenses against jab, cross, uppercut were shown, attacks like jab, cross, uppercut, slap, gunting, elbow, edge of the hand strike and hammer-strike, some footwork and the translation between knife and empty hands, but just a few of the attacking strikes were covered in detail.
Please keep in mind that I have *very* little knowledge of the FMA and that I certainly expected too much from this tape.
I'm going to oder Harley Elmore's tape soon and I hope it'll cover Panantukan more in detail.
