it would be hard to get a custom frame lock in that range, check out
bradley alias
zt 0560 and 0550
benchmade contego
spyderco titanium military
do your shopping these are just some good knives in that category you weren't very specific, most folders fit in that criteria

Alan Davis has a few in that price range right now in the exchange.

Would be my choice hands down!

Spyderco's new Southard flipper? (If you can find one)
Or a sprint military, xhp is in that price range

If you narrow down the type of knife you are looking for by blade-type and size, handle material, and what you plan to use the knife for it might help people make suggestions. There are countless knives that could fit your specs.

Also, there is a trading forum here at Bladeforums for trading knives. You might get more interest in a trade over there (and not incur a scolding from a moderator).

I would second the Southard flipper although I haven't even handled one in person yet haha...

Can't go wrong with the ZT 0560/1 either.

My suggestions are a little different:
Spyderco Techno - Awesome little knife
Spyderco Tuff - This is a sweet bigger knife with amazing steel and materials
Curtiss Knives Nano - You can get the liner lock in your price range, I love this little guy.

Did all you guys miss the part where he was hoping for a custom? LOL

All of these are titanium fram locks in various blade steels that just sold on the Exchange in your price range OP, and Alan adds more on a weekly basis. ;)

+1 on that.I'd jump on one of those if it wasn't so close to the holidays.

Ding ding ding we have a winner!!!

I haven't received my southard yet but I'm gonna go ahead and assume it's as excellent as it appears to be.

+ 1 for Allen Davis! Great work, nice guy.
Also in that range is a grayman dua. A little heavy, but solid and TOUGH! Can be bought for 245 new.

leek for gentleman tasks, + grip for heavier duty, + bk7 for hunting, bushcraft, survival = 240.00
