Grayman Duas run about 260$ which is a little above your price range, but 260$ is a great price for a well made custom ti frame lock. For a bit more (300$) you could get a Three Sisters Forge Beast.

The Southard is a bit smaller than what I normally carry everyday, but I ordered one anyway and I have to say it's very nicely done. The solid feel has to be experienced in person and it does have a great feel in hand. I like it a lot.
