Best knife for me

1.Spyderco Delica. Great ergonomics. 2. BuckPro Force mini. Great steel and handle material.
 
My first option would be a spyderco manix 2 lightweight although it's slightly over 3" and around $70.
Delica is good but no choil and it's a lockback - not my preference.

I can probably recommend Kershaw Skyline.
Under $50, manual flipper (hated assisted), g10 for better traction.
 
Skyline, recon 1 mini, or rat 2 I've narrowed it down to these knives which should I get
 
Really, since you are looking at outdoor activities, you could get a fixed blade such as the Becker Escobar BK14 or the BK11 Necker. There is also the Esee Izula. I have an Izula I edc in my front pocket.
