Best knife under $20

Hey guys I was just wondering if there are any decent quality knives for relatively cheap around 15-20 dollars

There have been a LOT of threads on this recently. Might pay to take a look.

Most people are going to mention Mora and Opinel as being your best bets under $20, and I'd agree with them.

Buck Nobleman. The plain stainless can be easily found under $20. Great knife, comfortable, and has a thumb stud and pocket clip.

Why not just save up a little more $$ and get into a range where you can get something a little better?
If you can get to $25-$30 you can get a Rat 1 or 2 depending on your size requirements...(I am assuming you are looking at an inexpensive all around EDC folder?)

I use my knives for camping /edc

Mora Companion for a fixed blade.

Opinel #9 Inox for EDC.

Both work fine for camping, as does th Opinel #10.
