Best knives in The Walking Dead

You know, after a few years of living in a zombie-filled world, I'm surprised we don't see more zombie killing specialty weapons fashioned by folks. At this point, just runnin' what you brung doesn't make sense. I would think you would see more make-shift trench spikes or . Most of the people who are experienced zombie killers seem to have a good impromptu martial art for dispatching a zombie by dodging and bringing the point of a blade into its head as it pushes past them.

Got the same TGLB Daryl carries. Really great knife but for Walker killing I would make my own. A 48in piece of round stock stainless tapered on both ends to a very sharp point and hardened from the point up to about 12in or so. Paracord wrap handle in center. Easy in easy out.

When I watch TWD I am too busy wandered why all the people are sofa king we todd did to pay attention to the knives.
None of them would last a week in my apocalypse.
Why with all the military arms has nobody ever fixed a bayonet?
Why would you even give a firearm to someone you just met and don't trust.

A stripped one, with the Holy Terror guard. Like this:

I'd sell my left nut for that combo.
Are they yours? I've seen the picture before, but I can't remember who took it.

That's assuming the 1/4" plus thick zombie skulls are as easy to penetrate as they are depicted in the show, which is just absurd. The sharp tapered point would have to be mounted on a heavy hammer, and even then the movement of the head when hit would cause a lot of first hit fails...

The reality is the skull will withstand the first hit of almost anything by moving around and diffusing the energy into cracks. It is the repeat blows into an already cracked skull that will really do damage.

A lot of medieval skeletons show terrific damage from weapons, but the reality I suspect is that relatively little of that damage was done while standing and moving around...

You can't seriously be trying to make a point about the absurdity of a zombie program?

I would use my Zombrod through the holes already in the face.

What happened to Daryl's busse? The knife he has had the last few episodes is almost primitive looking...

Actually come to think of it, it makes sense Daryl lost that blade. What a post-apocalpse find that knife would be...

If the zombie apocalypse ever did go down and i could only reach for 1 tool, I'm grabbing my S&W671 extraction & evasion tomahawk all day. Absolute beast in any situation.

I keep waiting for a Kill Devil or a Shrike to show up. At least the Rattlehawk got a debut, even if it was just to split a rabbit.

Didn't Beth leave with the Team Gemini when she took off in the car and left Daryl?

Anyone know what Daryl was carrying in the last/latest episode? It was hard to see in the dark room when he put it to Dwight's face

I thought Rick was using a Southern Grind folder when they were at the school where they found a carnival out back and a big stash of food?

Let's not forget Merle Dixon's bayonet! I am sure someone will spot what make and model it was here.
