why is it so hard to get hold of best knives? ive been tying them all day, any secret phone number i can have?

I'm using Jedi loosely like when Yoga said that to Luke in ESB. Luke was no Jedi. At that point at least.

I am currently experiencing the same problem. Apparently there is someone to accept the money on their end, but when it comes to shipping the item ("within 24hours" of purchase) or an actual living, breathing person to answer the phone (several attempts daily), NO LUCK WHATSOEVER. It has already been over a week.

DANTHEMAN123, if you have not ordered yet, order from ANOTHER DEALER.

I am refering to Bestknives website. I recently did a search on Bestknives (on this forum) and found contrasting experiences with the web based company.

Update to situation with Bestknives:

I emailed yesterday with a tone of concern and requested an immediate response to the status of my order. I did receive a response this morning, stating my order has shipped. I also received a coupon for my next purchase. I called the number listed in the Email, about 10:00am EST (business hours) and the phone was picked up... by the answering machine. I sent another email regarding some sort of confirmation or tracking info, and received a response from the USPS. Looks like the item will be shipped out today. At this point, I am glad to know I will be getting my item. Hopefully it is the right item, and undamaged. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I have got reponse from Bestknives about my order a little while after I posted about their service on The good, the bad..

My order is shipped. I will repost my comment after I get my order in. :)
