Best little belt grinder?

That Foredom attachment is a hand held 3/8" wide mini sander. It is more of a power file than a belt sander.
 
None of the Foredom info says belt size. Darn! I just bought one.
Either way, it'd just another shop tool (and a write-off!) if it doesn't do what i want.
Still interested to hear about the Chinese mini grinders.
