Best Method/Design for Deer Drag?

I use to gut and drag for long distances. Had a rope tied around the head. Would walk my gun and pack up the trail aways then back to the deer. I was younger then. I do have a two wheeled cart with large bicycle tires on it. Last deer was very large bodied and was glad I had help. If on priviate land, I will just debone the deer right there and not even gut it. The meat can be put into bags and placed in those large military seabags with double shoulder straps on it. You want to dump the meat into a cooler as soon as possible. You could make a bag out of the skin and put the debone meat in it and pack or litter drag it out. Could be bloody on your back. Wear orange.
