Best Micro Folders!

Depends on what you deem a "micro folder." I guess a Manbug or Ladybug are smaller, but the SLB is marketed as a user blade. Something that can actually get most EDC tasks done. In this context, the Dragonfly qualifies IMO. And I would much rather use a Dragonfly than a Ladybug, Manbug, or even an SLB for that matter. And BTW, the Dragonfly actually weighs less than the SLB. The Dragonfly is a very small knife.

The Dragonfly is a good bit bigger than the Sprint, and looks massive compared to the Ladybug. It’s like the difference between a compact and a sub-compact car.

The SLB is unusually porky for a small knife because of the steel liner lock. The Dragonfly and Ladybug barely have any metal in them other than the blade.

It may not be the case that the OP is looking for something with nearly identical dimensions as the SLB. I took the post to mean he was looking for a really small folder that was still useful and reasonably durable. And among the really small, useful, and reasonably robust folders, I think the Dragonfly is near the top. I like the Ladybug and Manbug, but for me, they are in the too small category, and are actually very different in character from the SLB. Besides, the OP seemed to like the Lil Native, which is also a super compact folder, but is larger than the Dragonfly.

Spyderco chaparral, is my favorite edc. Just got the Boker urban trapper petite. 1.1 oz. image.jpg

The new ZT 0022 is the same size as the SLB, and it has better materials.

Yea - have o agree - its really the only one that is made with the quality materials you see in the larger knives.

The ZT0022 is a decent amount smaller than the Dragonfly. I like my 0022 a lot.
I will, again, say that Bestech has lots of tiny flippers and they are very good. I have every under 2.5" Bestech and all of them are excellent.
For the price of the ZT0022, you can occasionally find Hoback MK Ultras close in price as well as the Rike Thor 4. I have a few of each and love those knives as well. That being said, the ZT0022 is smaller than those, and at that size (under 2"), the 0022 is as good as it gets for manual flippers. You can get some nicely anodized ones from USA Made Blade for the same price.
If you want really small with good materials, the Spyderco McBee is excellent. It's not a highly regarded company, but the Stedemon Vouking T03 was on Amazon for a while under $90 and around Christmas for $55. I had to buy a few of them at that price. M390 & titanium for $55!!! I couldn't say no.
