Best Multi-tool maker???

I am currently trying to decide between the Leatherman Surge or Charge TI does anyone have an opinion on which one is the better multitool.
 
Go for the Charge Ti. Better PE blade steel and more manageable in terms of weight and size. Why not also consider a Victorinox SwissTool X or Spirit? =)
 
Thanks for the feedback. I checked out the Victorinox. The only thing I was questioning between the two Leatherman tools was the surge is a little bigger and I did not know if the added size would be usefull.
