Best neck knife to conceal under shirt?

I had posted another thread asking about good neck knife for outdoor use and I decided to buy the BK24. My father liked it and now he wants a low profile, thin, light weight neck knife that he can comfortably wear and conceal under his shirt at work, under $50. I want to surprise him on fathers day and buy him one. What should I get him? Thanks!

If you would be willing to spend a little more for a super high quality custom neck knife, I would look at Jason brous silent soldier.

Easy choice...Cold Steel Hideout. I am Delighted with this knife, it's light, grippy, affordable, good sheath. Buy a few.

I'm sure I will appear biased but I like that knife a lot.
It's very light and very thin. An easy carry that you quickly forget about, but it's there when you need it
I know several people who have rigged them for belt carry as well as neck carry and they are very pleased with them
