What Do You All Think Are Some Of The Best Folders With A Blade
4 Inches Or More Are? Custom Knives Not Included. I Like Is The Benchmade Skirmish The Best Out Of The Ones Ive Seen And Owned So Far.

4" blades are pretty common.

Benchmade 710
Strider SnG or SMF
Large Sebenza

There are a whole slew of others as well.

There are a lot of well-made bigger knives, so it comes down to style preference. I like the Beretta Harsey, 4.25" blade & I waved it, it's awesome!

Spyderco Military
Benchmade Rukus
Benchmade 710
Benchmade Skirmish

The Military or 710 are best for EDC, in that they are quite flat and rather lightweight and disappear in the pocket. The Skirmish is pretty heavy, and the Rukus is just large!

I usually EDC the Military or Para-Military, as I prefer tip-down carry.

All four of the above are very strong, and I've had no problems of any kind with them.

BM Rukus and BM Skirmish. I carry the Skirmish most of the time, great knife !!

I also say the BM Rukus. I'll also throw in the Strider AR/GB series, as they are production knives. The Buck 880/881 if you can find one are also an excellent 4" bladed knife.

Another:thumbup:for the pocket bushman, Tough SOB! But I just got in the mail today a ZT 0200 and what a tank. I love it!!! Smooth as silk to open, and locks up like my wifes purse at the Armada Fair Beer-Tent...LOL!!! It fits my hand as close to perfect as any BIG Folder I have ever owned...

I wish they'd bring back the Cudamax 5.5, or that I could find a nice used one to replace mine. :grumpy:

Agreed.

I remember when the Camillus Cuda Maxx + REKAT Sifu came out.....and then went out of business :(

Now, Cold Steel is pretty much the last factory producer of quality megafolders (>5")

There are a couple megafolders still in production at other companies, but they're mostly all liner locks now :barf:

If 3.9 now counts as 4, the 710, its so big but so small at the same time, in a good way. if you want something that is basically a pocket sword, its hard to argue with the skirmish.

the zt200 IS a tank, a bit too "tactical" maybe, but a beast nonetheless. Handled one a few times and decided i'd buy one later because...why not. As babakanoosh45 said, the grip is just awesome. i've heard the BM skirmish and rukus are beasts too, they're also on the wishlist after the 710...
