I'm sure this has been posted quite a few times, but I couldn't seem to find many threads with specifics... I am thinking about trying my hand at making a folding knife. I have most of the the machinery needed, so I am now looking for some recommendations on where to get materials...
I have come across quite a few websites that have basic materials and parts, but are there some any of you could recommend personally? For example, I would like to use Titanium for the handle slabs and S30V for the blade.

Aside from that, any recommendations for heat treatment? Perhaps there are some people on the forms that can do a very good heat treatment on a small blade for a fair price?

Again, I'm sure this has been posted quite a bit... even some links to other threads would be very helpful if they are specific to online retailers/sellers.

Thanks!
