The Ka-Bar D2 Next Generation knife. Or a 1095 steel blade from Ontario or the Becker Magnum Camp knife- it is made from Carbon V?

My D-2 Kabar has been an outstanding camp/woods/hunting knife.A little big for trout, But great for everything else. Great value and great preformer.
