Good morning all. Please forgive me if this post is in the wrong forum. I am looking to replace the scales on my Emerson CQC10 with carbon fiber. I have been carrying my Spyderco Gayle Bradley a lot lately and prefer the CF to the G10. I am wondering who could make the scales for me in CF. Should I try it myself? I am a tinkerer and most likely have the tools to do this myself. Does anyone have experience making them or had good experience with a vendor making them? My Emerson has a black blade and I think the combo would look pretty cool. I have a hard time leaving anything I own "stock". I have to modify everything to be a little different or maybe better.

Thanks in advance!

If you can afford $100 then the fine folks at cuscadi can make very high quality scales. Not sure if I am allowed to post an URL but you can google them.
Here is an example..
