I agree. NGK is great.
newgraham or onestopknifeshop are imho the top 2 places to purchase most knives on the 'net, they ship fast, have good inventory, competitive pricing, stand behind the product, great folks to deal with.
i often wonder why folks seem to persist in trying to find the cheapest place, cheapest aint always best.
for some stuff TAD is good also but the prices at NGK and 1SKS seem to be better, usually.

Lighthound.com has a limited selection of Spydies and Byrds but the proprietor provides great service and prompt shipping.

I also use www.emergencyoptions.com if i want to have the knife by the next day (they're relatively local so shipping is very fast, the only downside is having to pay sales tax).

Wildeals.com is the cheapest around and has great customer service for me.
wildeals has been really great for me, best prices around, but lately they've been really really screwing around or something...Something is definitely up with them in a really bad way....Also bladehq.com is now expanding into the basic spydercos...
...except for first time, overseas buyers. The prices are great indeed, but the service...Only Western union (no credit cards) and no UPS delivery service. I did some calculations and the price came close to that of the local stores. In the local stores the same knife comes at three times the price of NGK.
What are you afraid of??? In a century that everything can be checked and verified!

Otherwise they are realy fast. Both answers to my e-mails came within 15 min period and i'm on the other side of the world. Local sellers keep you waiting and sometimes you don't even get an answer.

I'm on the New Graham bandwagon for sure. Excellent selection, excellent prices, excellent service. If you order a knife before noon and pay for express shipping, you'll have that knife in your hands the next morning. How can you get any better than that? I'm building up quite a collection of their band-aid dispensers!
