Im not a knife dealer or anything like that just a collector but what I've seen- from what I've bought and sold I dont know how you could go wrong with ebay. A good honest description and good pictures seems like it will go a long way. Im sure some of the more knowledgable guys here might have some more suggestions. Those will sell with no problem on eBay. To add to Joel's comments, some tips to maximize bidders' interest:
* photography is key, In focus, and showing the knives' details.
* describe the condition accurately - have the knives been used? sharpened? Carried?
* if the knives include the original boxes and factory papers, they'll sell higher, sometimes much higher. So you'll want to include that stuff in your description and in the photos.
* with Old Timers, knowing exactly what the tang stamp says is critical.
