As far as German Stag goes, I'm aware of the Puma brand, but it seems like I have seen other really outstanding knives on this forum from Germany, but the company names were not given. I definitely want to support American companies. Thanks for the help.

Great Eastern Cutlery. Particularly their Northfield brand.

Tuna Valley has been putting out some really nice Stag lately too.

Both made in the U.S.A.

Might be better in another section. General knife discussion? Traditional Folders and Fixed Blades?

GEC has had some outstanding stag. Case has a "Prime Stag" line.
Factories are reporting a new stag shortage beginning, especially in larger sizes (3 1/2"+).

Thanks to all of you for the help with my search for German Stag. I will try my post in a different location, as noted by SpySmasher.
Those Tuna knives are NICE

What knife is that?

2012 Sleeveboard Sunfish Whittler in burnt stag handles, made by Queen Cutlery.
