Those look pretty cool OP. We don't really celebrate Halloween over here, but I wanted to try making a jack o' lantern at least once in my life.

Here's how the Bushboot did (with a little help of a Vic Spirit):

Awesome pumpkins gentlemen!!! Love that bulldog Dc and those big old teeth on yours swonut! Gooboob, that is a classic pumpkin. Tomorrow is our day. I'll try to post something.

This year we used some of my four year old son's recent art work for our pumpkin designs. I used my cpm hiking buddy with Westinghouse antique micarta for a lot of it and it is awesome. I also wanted to try out a new knife I got from Jarrett Fleming. It is his bird and trout model in cpm. The 1/8" hollow grind just sliced through the pumpkin like butter. I Am very happy with it. I can't wait to take it trout fishing!

Nice crop again guys!

Here are ours for this year.

My son is totally into power rangers and is going as Red Ranger tomorrow. It's funny cuz I remember my younger brother being totally into them when he was a kid in the 90s.

My daughter's cupcake. She learned how to scrape this year instead of just cutting out.

Lots of drill work by the wife:

Some more scraping by my daughter:

So, I decided to carve up another pumpkin this afternoon and thought about what would be the best tool. The answer was a dremel with a roto-tool zip bit, but the Karda came in a close second. There was just no way anything could beat the roto-zip through the hard shell for the long legs. However, the karda allowed me to clean it up nicely from the inside. I didn't break out the Runt, but the Karda was the bomb when it comes to pumpkins.

I know Halloween is over, but here in the Netherlands we have our own version of "trick & treat" called St. Maarten on the 11th of November, so I did another one today.
