Best Quality Exterior Car Detailing Products

I use imperial Hand Glaze by 3M for a show car glass look. However, it doesn't weather well. 3m has other excellent waxes that do.

I use Zaino products on my bikes, but that may be out of your price range.

Zaino is the best out there hands down. Love their stuff, but does sound like its beyond your budget at the moment. Have never been impressed with Meguire's line, but for the money its probably the best around. Get a good understanding of technique and you'll get the best results.

I am going to start washing and "detailing" cars for friends and family to make some money.

And guys I dont really know what is needed for a shiny great exterior. Like wax, polish, clay bars? What is a must to have??

Since I am only using 40 dollars what should I buy to start washing peoples cars? ( until I can buy more products)

Please tell me you are going to learn how to wash and detail a car properly before asking for money and practicing on other peoples' cars...?

It's not brain science or rocket surgery, but the wrong chemicals and/or technique applied in just the wrong place can make for a very bad day for everyone, especially if your customer cares about his or her car.
