Arc'teryx, of course. However, as a lower cost alternative, there's a Cooperative in Canada (Mountain Equipment Coop - or MEC) that makes some pretty good gear. I use an older MEC Couloir jacket that I've been using 3 seasons for the past 4-5 years. Gore-Tex 3-ply XCR, fully seam sealed, and heavy-weight abrasion resistant nylon. Probably the best made jacket I ever saw. They typically sell about $100 less than a comparable Arc'teryx.
