best rc for money?

hmmm idk cuz i want one survival knife that i want to give my grandson some day and tell him tales of abuse. i was thinken the rc 7 is built for abuse. and ive seen ppl with them strapped to there condors. when i spend money i buy the best

Build up your array of tools.

The Izula as an everday carry on belt or as a neck knife.

A RC-3 or RC-4 as a medium sized knife, task specific.

A RC-6 as a Large survival knife.

The Izula make a good base to build up from.

im buying a rc for a survival knife. im in college so moneys tight and if im gonna spend the money i want the best

"I want the best".
I'm sorry young man but why don't you browse the forum first ?
The answer my friend is there... Many good posts and many good answers even by the makers of the knives.

What is the RC7? Is it made by RAT? Is this something new that I have missed?

RC-3. Longer but actually thinner than the Izula, so it's a slightly better slicer. It also has legit handle scales and a full-length handle so it's a little more comfortable to use. Because it's a bit smaller than the 4, it is a little easier to tote around and even conceal if necessary.

They are all great knives,it all depends upon your intended usage. If you want a knife that you'll have on you everyday get an Izula.
