Best RC6 Sheath ever!

Thans,I love carying my smaller bushcraft style blades horizontal on my week side since I usally have a sidearm strong side when I am up in the woods. The big Busse sheath, well I just liked the way it looked, I did have him make it molle compatable so I can attach it to my packs, works great. Martin is really a great guy to work with, well worth it.

Mr. Swinkles is on the short list of makers that inspired me to start playing with kydex myself.

That is absolutely the best looking sheath system I've seen in the short time I've been here. Thanks for sharing.

Very nice. Just checked out his site. I think I need to contact him about a couple of these. The Izula kydex above is very nice.

Great pics Iggy .. Thanks for posting!!

& Thanks for the kind words guys.. they're much appreciated..

So I ordered a sheath from Mr. Swinkles. It is probably the best sheath I have ever seen. What's so special about it? It's a combination of kydex and leather. Inside it has an orange kydex liner wrapped in black leather that provides a very very tight fit. It is almost too tight. On the side there are a series of loops for a great versatility in carrying options. As you can see in the pictures you can carry the knife on mid ride or low with a dangler, horizontally, loose for bushcraft, and upside down over the shoulder with some paracord.

I am very happy with how it turned out. If anyone needs a good sheath check out his website: http://martinsheaths.blogspot.com/

I have some Izula sheaths from him as a bonus too.

Thanks a lot, you just made me spend more money! Got 2 on order

I love this sheath! It functions great and it just looks good!

The larger kydex sheath for the Izua was made larger to be used as a PSK. This way it has flat sides so that you can store many survival goodies under a innertube.

If you're looking for a great sheath defiantly talk to Martin, he's also a great person just to say what's up to.

Beautiful, everything I have seen from him is just top notch work. Congratulations!

Paul

I've ordered the RC-6 and Izula sheath as well, Martin is very prompt and professional. Nice selection of options as well.

That is THE most rocking sheath I have seen yet!! I can see so many of my knives in one of those babies!! Iggyd, thanks for sharing!!:thumbup:

Swinkles does bizarre quality. He made me a leather IWB with Kydex liner for a Busse Key Lardo (=Inactive Duty). That's a .32" thick 4" blade.
It carries like it's not there. Outrageously good design and workmanship. And beautiful too.

The SAR4 is mine as well.

Love all the carrying options, fantastic looking sheath

i am new to the forum. Just purchased an Esee 6 and am very interested in getting one of Martin's sheaths for it.
I dont know if this is appropriate to ask but Iggyd, what does a cool sheath like that cost please? I emailed Martin but no answer yet. I can imagine he is super busy.
