Besides I'm not gona do it tuff style and have them send in their knife. I'm gona make the scales then sell them So I don't have to worry about a knife getting lost or any thing else like that.
The only down side to this is the knife has to be screw together.

The above pictured Enduras are both screw-together folders.

The flip side of the above knives:

Another thing that might affect sales for the Delica and Endura is the FRN backspacer/spring carrier. The new scales would either have to be the same color as the original ones, or a color that goes well with it. Otherwise, you'd have to fabricate a replacement one. In some ways, that might prove to be more of a challenge than making the scales themselves.

I plan on buying a foredom rotary tool so I don't think making one would that bad.

Could you do a delica/endura without the liners? and just do it full g10?
Thanks.

The Military, PM2, Endura, and Delica all have nested liners. I gave up after a few days of trying to make my own PM2 scales. My skills just weren't up to the task. :(

If you've got a good mill, give it a try, though!

A friend of my has been working on delica scales on a CNC mill and they have been a real pain. I couldn't image trying by hand
