I can't say much on subject but I like the edge beef put on mine.

Beef makes a wicked edge. Sweet little convex grinds that, I swear, are one INFI atom thick at the cutting edge.

On avg I would say Beef. I would not rule out Alan though cause that man has turned out some fine edges on my smaller knives. Josh has done some fine work as well. Oh and lets not forget the Garth Meister. I have had some by Garth that could split atoms.

I've only had a handfull of kin, & no one at the shop does a shabby job by no means, but the one's I've had sharpened by Beef, do tend to stand out!

Mike I like mine they have a shallow grind on it so its still practical.

The best edges I have gotten so far have been from Alan. I'm really picky about having pointy tips, I have gotten a few blades with rounded tips but none have been from Alan.

I think that's either a typo or language barrier issue. Beef is my favorite. His edges are sIck

My sharpest knives came from Beef, but Alan did a great job on my TG.

Beef put a laser sharp edge on my Basic 6 LE, but blunted the tip. He also sharpened my Basic 10 LE which was also laser sharp, but had a sharp tip this time.

Alan sharpened my MBC, but it's not really that sharp. I'll have to send it in soon to resharpen.
