Best site to buy folding knives display cases?

It depends on the level of quality you're looking for, and of course there are many options.

A couple I recommend are www.eknifeworks.com and www.agrussell.com

Depends what type of case you are looking for but I have a few that I have bought from stores that were going out of business. Small countertop display cases normally go pretty cheap and there is no lack of businesses closing the doors it seems like. Also you can watch ebay for deals as well.

I've bought plenty of knives (and other gear) from Smoky Mountain over the years and have always found that they answer their phone promptly.
