In no particular order:

Spyderco Military
Spyderco FFG Endura
Spyderco Gayle Bradley
Benchmade 741
Kershaw SG1 JYD

Like he (bobo383, Dorito Monk, shecky, recon1s14, TheGame and 762cal) said. Serious slicing ability = Opinel #8 in Carbon steel OR Douk Douk. Don't let their cheap price fool you. Slicing ability is not always proportional to price.

Opinel. The bigger the better. A number 12 has almost the same blade thickness, but is noticeably wider and has outstanding blade geometry.

I've been told that Opinel fans might like the Svord Peasant - it's supposed to be pretty blunt as it comes but easy to sharpen to demonic levels:

Other cheap but excellent slicers in addition to Opinel and Sodbusters are the Svord Peasant and various Victorinox models with their thin blades. Here is my pick for best slicer, the Spyderco Stretch ZDP-189.

After some work, it can take a very toothy sharpness. Excellent knife for the price.

You can change its edge grind, but you can't change its geometry. Thinner slices better and an Opinel is way thinner.

Para2 and cold steel recon 1 sp for having a thicker blade stock it runs through cardboard like butter.

Endura 4!

You must mean the full flat grind Endura, the sabre ground blades don't slice well compared to other folders.

The best slicer I ever used was a Benchmade Onslaught, but the blade was soooooo thin I expected it to bend while taking apart boxes and doing other chores.
