There are lots of choices in the price range you specify, starting with the Bug, which is probably the best key ring EDC around. You don't specify purpose or application, so it might be that you just want a new Spyderco, as happens to many of us once in a while.
The Ambitious, Persistence, Tenacious, Resilience line is great for the price, but you can get even higher quality Spyderco knives for not a lot more money. In that price range you can consider the fully serrated Rescue 79mm, which is a great cutter and can also serve you well if you do a lot of boating (properly maintained to prevent corrosion).
For small powerhouses you can consider the Manbug Lighweight, or the different flavors of Ladybug or Dragonfly in standard or Salt (highly recommended) configuration. If you want a fancier knife you can look into the Ladybug SS, the Tattoo, or the Kiwi Natural Stag.
If you travel a lot and want something you can carry anywhere, even very restrictive jurisdictions, check out the Squeak or the UK penknives with FRN handles. Or consider the Chicago and the Cat if lock-blades are allowed wherever you're going.
My suggestion would echo a few of the posts; spend a few dollars more and get the Centofante 3. It's quality can't be beat for the price ($53 at my favorite online cutlery shop). Whatever you choose, you'll get a great knife.
