Best steels/materials for saltwater use?

Hi all-I work in saltwater environments and rust is a problem even with some stainless steels. I recently tried a Pacific Salt by Spyderco and like it, but would like to know of other options, particularly different blade designs with more belly, or small fixed blade versions. Is there anything else like H1 that folks have had good success with? Tasks will include gutting/bleeding fish, processing bait, and cutting rope and line. This is not a primary fillet knife though, we are talking on the water processing. A steel that is not too brittle is a plus, as there is lots of bone contact that has caused chipping in the past on some blades for me.

Thanks

If you want more designs including fixed blades look at G. Sakai. They are the makers on H1 blades and they make
all of Spydercos seki folders including the H1 models. H1 is seriously rust-proof but it does not hold an edge all that well
compared to some other steels. A steel that is pretty rust resistant and still usable is Aus6, and although no longer popular,
a vintage Seki made SOG Seal2000 or Seal Pup you can pick up on ebay will be Aus6.
