Yea, CF is rare here. I can't see how it makes the knife better enough to use it.

It's doesn't, and from what I can tell, your clientele doesn't want it beyond the occasional one off,but I could be wrong. Cf is purely an option for looks in my opinion. I like cf for certain things, like in mosaic pins to fill out space, and for pins, but I don't believe it's better than g10 in a handle, quite the opposite actually.

It's like an old argument that Damascus is better than homogeneous steel.

We have scba gear at work for ammonia release emergencies, I cannot imagine wearing it if I had a choice.
