Then by all means get a serrated edge. :) I use a fully serrated spyderco remote release for ice climbing. I'm constantly cutting heavy webbing and cord for v-thread anchors and slings. This is one area where I feel that a plain edge would not cut it. Pardon the pun:barf:

Yes, TIROS especially after using your blade all throughout the day and then being screwed when you need it to saw through some cord. I firmly believe in a combo edge.

p.s. guys i was only kidding, dont really get a room okay?
