Best Tactical Fillet Knife

Not to disparage anyone's knife or future knife, but it seems like a tactical priest would be more appropriate than a tactical fillet knife.
That reminds me of the time we ended up with a small but angry shark in the boat. My fishing partner decided to dispatch it with a fillet knife. Not the best plan. Better than shooting it in the boat, though.
 
I keep a CRKT clark fork in my tackle box, not only is it a tactical folding fillet knife, but it also is approved for killing zombies as evidenced by the "zombie green" accents
 
Fish are becoming increasingly cunning. It takes a fisherman operator in today's day an age to dispatch a well trained insurgent extremist fish.

The problem is all these fish are so slick and low-drag. Do you know how low your drag has to be to out-low-drag a trout?
