Best Tactical Fixed Blade

Not to mention the up to 6 times heat treated. What a joke! Pure advertising for the the masses. Very few makers do ; double temper. Those that do, will benefit with some steels. I myself pioneered the triple temper. Even this is to an extent over doing it. There is very little gained by the third temper. There is no gain what so ever after this.
And even at this, triple tempering only works on a few steels. And 1095 isn't one or them. It would be totally worthless on this grade of steel.

Like I said. marketing hype. Pure and simple. But then again, most companies exaggerate the work they provide. But if they use this blatant of a lie in their marketing, what else are they pulling with their products? This is as bad as "Loose 100 lbs in 10 days"! only 29.95, But wait theres more! If you buy now---------------------

Ya beat me to it... ;):D

That knife is so ugly that I must have one.

Ok, I try to be serious now. :D For me, the best tactical fixed blade would the one that is up to your task and it has to be a blade that you like. Busse, Fallkniven, Bark River, Swamprat, Scrapyard, RAT Cutlery and so on, all of them have great blades in their lineups, so I guess a big part is just personal preference. There's no real answer to this question, just try to name the best car in the world...see?
And I apologize for bringing this 'special' knife back to the surface, it's just that...you know...um...it's so awesome and it will always bring a smile to people's faces!!!^^

If you want a knife that can reasonably be considered the "best", then have one custom made. That way you can make sure that everything about the knife makes it the best for you and your specific purpose. No other knife will compare.

Well I've done my share of fighting in a multitude of places over the middle east and you come to find that very little of the use is for stabbing things; you want something that will be overall functional and i had both an ontario tak-1 and a cold steel uwk in iraq and various other places. They were priceless tools when I had then at my side. As forementioned depending on what you will be doing, one mans treasure may be a heap of rubbish for your task so you need to first narrow down your particular needs and then find a blade that will suit those tasks and go from there. Another little mentioned fact is that once you have attained the tool, it doesn't do anything on it's own. Unless you spend a serious amount of time training and becoming familiar with it, when the time comes for it, you will most likely fumble with it and treat it like an unfamiliar friend.
