Who makes the best thrower for under $50?

My question applies to both production models and custom throwers.

I've been looking at the Dragon throwers, they're 13.5" long and 11 ounces (a little light but not too bad). I think they cost around $35. They also have an unlimited lifetime warranty. I've never thrown them, but they look really great, I'll probably be buying some soon. They're sold at http://www.throwzini.com/13_5dragdesc.html and there's also some pics/info there.
 
Does anyone here recommend the CS True Flight Thrower, or even the Torpedo? Wouldn't mind some reviews.
