usually i use Mora sloyd,but this is dedicated folder for small woodwork,strong clip point,sheepfoot and thinned spear point (i use all folders for whittling,good way to check steel and sharpness)

one of compromises for having lots of knives at home is,everyone can use them(with due respect :D )
 
Fausto, for harvesting, mincing or both?

For harvesting.
The small, thin (and sharp!) sheepsfoot blade works great for fine cuts when harvesting herbs (sage, mint, thyme, parsley, coriander and rosemary) without much collateral damage to the plants.
The clip blade sees almost no use (sometimes I use it as an awl when I'm sowing seeds in soft terrain :)

Scagelike Camp knife and first left on bottom pic are made by croatian blacksmith Karlo Ban(steel 5200),on my specs.
bottom picture YP blades (made by Yrjö Puronvars while he was still forging,his nephew Antti Mäkinen is current smith,great blades :thumbup: )
silversteel blade marked JH is Lastu by Jukka Hankala(he marks his knives JHankala but just blades are marked JH,)
and last on right is silversteel blade made by Pekka Tuominen.
I fitted handles and made sheaths.
