Best turkey carving knife

Since it is Thanksgiving I want get some opinions going.

In your opinion what would be one of the best turkey carving knife that is not your typical kitchen cutlery?

My vote is for the Cold Steel OSI.

I use an electric knife.

I like to use the sheepsfoot blade from my stockman, or if its an extra large turkey I'd go with my mini grip. Then I would baton through the carcass with my esee 4.

Not too long before RMD gets here! I'll have plenty of steel to take out my anger on meats of varying types.

I'll never forget those hatchet/rib pictures.
I've got a double bit I recebtly hung and I'd love to try it out on something larger, boar maybe..
My BM 940-1 cut my turkey in little strips today, fared quite well.
