Best under $100 neck knife

Just got the Blackjack 155. It's okay, I stripped the powder coat and sanded the handles. Now it's better for me. I like the size of it.

Either the Becker BK-11 or the ESEE Izula. I prefer the iz2, it fits my paw better.

Top quality knives, both have insane warranties (ESEEs of course being the best, but ive never heard of kabar not honoring a warranty short of sheer stupidity).

You cant go wrong with either. Not opting for one of the two would be a mistake IMO.

I make a lot of knives in this size for that price.

CM's knives are cool. Definitely good stuff. Check the exchange, and there are some other great neckers under 100.00 as well. Buy from our Bf friends! Better than the production stuff.

There's knifemakers here that have their own creations for sale here for less than $100.00 all the time.

Here's what I have available...

I vote for getting a custom too. My favorite necker and pretty much favorite knife is a neck knife made by Mark Wohlwend (although FYI he's currently not making knives). Tons of gifted makers with great designs out there.

If you're going for production, I'd suggest using your $100 to get several... a KA-BAR Becker BK-11, an ESEE Izula, and with leftover $ get one of KA-BAR's cheap little fun neckers like the Becker BK-13 or the JAB Piggyback.

I recommend buying customs from our BF members as well. Myself and several other makers make neckers in that size and price range. A lot times you can design it yourself and choose the steel you want. Support a maker buy customs

Definitely aim for a custom, it'll mean that much more to you. However if you are impatient and want something production grade and want it now....... get an izula or izula II. Esees warranty is bulletproof.

My vote is in for the standard Izula w/ paracord wrapped handle, or even the micarta scales of which I am still waiting on!

+1 cause you'll get great blade steal and great material. Not production crud.

There's a guy here on the forums that makes neckers that seem to be big sellers and he offers a lot of options (jawilder). You can find his necker preorder page in the Knifemaker's Market section of the forums.
