Best under 3in tactical folders?

Trying to find some tactical folders that are 3in or under, and under $100. No Kershaws please, looked at all of them already, Kershaws are best big for me. No Spyderco's either, not tactical enough for me, although the PM2 is my fav.

Cold Steel Medium Voyager Tanto is the only one, I really know about that's good.
 
Try the Boker CLB karambit, that's under 3 inches.

Not sure if you like Karambits or not though.
 
Wow that's ridiculous, hahaha. I was thinking of getting one the same reason as well.
 
These aren't under $100.. but meh... there very "tactical" IMO.. (for what thats worth)...

Both the BM 3550..and the BM 2550... (BM=benchmade).. =p

Many, many color choices and blade styles. Look carefully, because the M-21 is the same shape, but a larger size, and goes over your 3" limit.

Maybe not the "best", but very good.
 
Check out this AG Russell Titanimum frame-lock. Right at your price point, and the blade is at 3 inches too.

My vote(s) go for the Spyderco Dragonfly 2-1/2" blade, or the Benchmade 2-3/4"(?) Mini-Griptillian.
 
I believe Emerson is the epitome of 'tactical' folders. Maybe a mini A100? Of course, you'd have to up your budget some...

I guess you mean "tactical" in appearance, right? I don't know if I'd call anything <3" folding knife a tactical or martial knife. A neck or boot knife as a last-ditch blade, sure.
