Best value Spydies

I know the caly 3.5 is a nice knife, but I feel like if I'm gonna pay $115 (on amazon). Then I might as well shell out the extra $30 to get the PM2 with the s30v blade. Is this wrong or is the caly a better knife?

I see value as what you get for the price, rather than the price itself. On that basis I could list quite few but will echo others here - Para 2, Manix 2 FFG G10, also the Sage 1.

Extra $30?? You can get the pm2 for less than $115.

I wouldn't say the Caly is better overall, the PM2 is a much beefier design with a better lock. The Caly works better for me as an EDC.

Best value Spydies imo are the Delica 4 FFG (I find myself going back to this as my EDC over knives I've purchased as EDC's that cost up to $150 more than the Delica, the Delica just feels perfect). And then the Salt line has great value with being absolutely rust proof and not very expensive given their properties and applications, in particular the Serrated Edge ones since H1 work hardens and you end up with something like 64-65 HRC edge hardness for the same price as the plain edge versions that I believe are something like 56-58. ymmv.

You can find a pm2 for around 110 dollars. One of the best knife values on the planet.

I would have to say the Manix2. I recently sold my para 2 because I just didn't carry it but I won't part with my Manix2. For around $100 I don't think anything comes close, a great quality folder for not a lot of money.

If you are looking at build quality, material, and fit and finish in relation to average street price, there is a lot of truth in this statement. ^.
I'll third that. I grabbed mine for $135, and it is fantastic. I would pay the slightly higher going rate now and not even think twice. The sage 1 always sticks out to me as a good not too expensive, but nicer knife as well.

I have always considered the Manix2 to be an outstanding value. S30V , G10 , full stainless liners , ball bearing lock. You get so much well-built knife for under $85 brand new. Can't go wrong.

What is the best value spyderco knife? I have a spyderco tenacious, a spyderco delica 4, and a spyderco bug. I am looking for a budget spyderco knife to add to my collection.
For what kind of use? Blade length needs and/or restrictions? For left or right hand use? Lock preferences? Hard to answer with no info. For standard EDC use, the standard issue Delica and Stretch come to mind.

Man... The tough thing here is that the vast majority of the knives Spyderco produces offer a great value for the price they're asking. I'd say the Manix 2, but YMMV as to the "best" value in their lineup.

Best value in my opinion would be the Tenacious or Delica 4, but you have both of those already. I would say the Endura 4 is excellent for the money as well. For $106 you can get a PM2 which is a lot of knife for the money. I am not a fan of the Manix, but it is a great knife for the money.

For someone with smaller hands such as myself, I don't care for the Manix either. I wanted to like it, I had the Lightweight and sold it. It just felt cheap to me so I tried a G10 S30v Manix next. It felt like a serious knife but the grip is just too beefy.
