Best way to cut G10 to size?

I use my HF metal cutting bandsaw, but I am using .060 liner material.
 
I hook my shop-vac up to a scroll saw and cut up to 1/2". You go thru blades pretty fast but they are cheap. If you have a good filter in the shop-vac you will get almost all the dust. A good face mask is a must !!!
