Have only ordered from BladeHQ so far but have had my knives within 2-3 days. Great having these online retailers as often many models we're looking for not carried in many brick and mortar stores.
 
BladeHQ and Knifeworks. Top notch service. Don't remember the shipping speed of BladeHQ, but KW is really fast.

Amazon is excellent in terms of free 2-day shipping for prime members, and all knives I bought from it have been great except a Buck 110, which they issued an exchange for before I even put the knife into a returning box.
 
This one is really hard because there are honestly a lot of great dealers.

My favorites so far are New Graham Knives, Grand Prairie Knives, Blade HQ, Knifecenter, and DLT Trading. Customer service at all is tops, selection excellent, web sites good and easy to navigate (... granted I practice doing so a lot, but still...).
 
Had a good experience last week with Cutleryshoppe - the knife I received had really off bevels, like so bad how it passed QC is beyond me. Got a new one that they verified was perfect and they sent me a free shipping label to send the old one back. Replacement was 100%

PVK.com - had a very hard to find knife I wanted (specific scales) and less expensive then other sites with the same product (just not the scales I wanted). Fast & perfect knife.

Bladeworks/nicnac.net - good people, together we accidently put an order through and once I explained the error they refunded me promptly. I would happily purchase from them in the future.

I live about five minutes away from Cutlery Shoppe. Placed an order for a Spyderco Gayle Bradley 1 one day and mentioned in the comments I'd be willing to pick up my knife to save the both of us the trouble of shipping. Not only did he invite me to his shop, Jeff spent half an hour showing me different knives from his own collection and even sold my wife on a pink handled Ladybug. World class really.
