Has anyone ordered from this site before? They say that in stock items ship within 24 hours. It has been 72 hours (not including the weekend) and I still have not gotten confirmation of shipment. Their site still indicates my knife is in stock. I'm starting to get nervous, and upset. :grumpy:

Anyone that can help to calm my nerves?

I ordered and got my stuff no problem. Tracking info came in email the same day the package arrived. Could be they are busy. Try calling.

No problems with them in previous dealings. Good prices. Recommended.

They used to be excellent, now it seems they have become more erratic.

I waited 10 days for a knife from them, it arrived defective, I shipped it back and got a refund on my credit card. The good thing was that "Mike" answered the phone everytime I called and seemed genuinely to want to work out the problems.

The reviews on Yahoo Shopping of the store show that it's become much more erratic as of late. Hopefully they'll turn things around and get back to being the great dealer they once were.

Regardless of the issues, IMO they are honest people.

I've ordered from them before w/o any problems. Matter of fact, I have an order pending with them now. I wouldn't worry just yet.

I've stopped ordering knives from online dealers, prices tend to be quite high. Most of the knives I've been getting are off of Ebay. If someone has labeled something wrong you can get knives for half the price that they should go for. Those are the types of deals that I look for. My father recently set up a dealership with Frost Cutlery so anything that I want (if its in stock) I can get for half price and sometimes a third of the price depending on the mark-up. I just remembered a good place to order online. www.savsonswordsandknives.com is probably one of the most reasonable online dealers I've seen.
