Has anyone here purchased any knives form the online store Bestknives.com lately? How did it work out?

From what I can tell there are no working phone lines to the online store.
There is a note on the site that due to hurricanes phone lines may be down but I also live in Florida and we haven’t had one in over a year. I’m wondering if the owner is now just selling whatever he has in stock, I may be completely wrong but it makes me nervous when you know that you cannot speak to a person if need be. Bestknives hasn't wronged me in any way but before buying from them I wondered if any of you had bought from them in the past. I don't like the idea of no working phone lines.

Beware of BestKnives.com, I did receive my purchase but as soon as I opened it and realized that it would be too small I contacted them via email about returning it and paying more for the next size up. They said via email go right ahead. The store now has my returned knife, my money and will not get back to me. They have no working phones lines, even thought 3 different numbers are listed on their site none work.
I basically begged them to either refund my money or charge me more and send the other knife but they have decided not to respond my emails and do neither. I had no other choice but to file a claim with Visa. I even emailed the website and told them to please refund my money, contact me at home…anything or I was going to file a complaint with Visa. Bestknives did nothing.
I should have stuck to the stores that I have always used with wonderful results, New Graham, GPKives.com, DLT Trading Company and Knivesshipfree.com. I will get my money back but what a hassle.
Be careful out there.
 
The store emailed me today and says that they are going to refund my money this evening. We'll see, if they do I'll post it.





*****I DID GET MY MONEY BACK after a lot of emails since none of the phone lines to the online store work.*****
