My wife recently ordered a knife for me from bestknives.com, she mistakenly ordered the wrong knife twice and e-mailed bestknives about it. I was worried they might not get the e-mails before the knife shipped but they did a great job of fixing the order my wife and I screwed up, they were able to correct our mistake and shipped out the knife promptly the next day. It arrived perfectly yesterday.
