I bought a pair of diamond sharpmaker rods on 2/3/07 (so I thought) and still have nothing. I emailed them on 2/19/07 asking what the status was, and was told "They are due in any day now". What??? NOWHERE on the site does it state that the items are not in stock, and at check out it states "items with be mailed out USPS Priority mail, within 4-7 days". I have contacted them since,_2/21/07,3/8/07) with NO response. I have filed a dispute with Paypal, to try to get a refund, after requesting one from them over a week ago. I would definitely NOT suggest any business transactions with this company. UPDATE, got refunded by paypal after another it will go out in a week or two. LAME.
