Am done with BestKnives. Can't recommend them at all.
Found them on the internet. Placed an order. Month goes by, no info. Called for a week....never ever picked up by both #s. Never got through and let me tell you I tried from several #s just in case of caller ID. Emailed several times to cancel telling them I no longer want the order. Ordered them from another company.
Called the Credit Card Company to see if there was a charge, none seen. Re-emailed telling them again I have cancelled the order and the email bounced. Several days of emails bounced back and no phone pickup. Called the CC Company again and a charge was now listed. Next day get an email from BestKnives with shipping info of sent product. Emails and calls from my end still won't get through.
Package shows up. Can I return it, do I want to go through the hassle? The CC company already knows and will gladdly refuse payment, I made sure it was all documented...they even tried to call and said something was fishy
Well, what can I say, I'm a sucker for a nice knife and will keep them and since here, will add them to my collection, but it doesn't make it right. Called the other company and cancelled my order since it wasn't shipped yet, they were friendly about it but didn't sit well with me that I had to do that, just knew the return was going to be hell with BestKnives.
But I will say this, I will never even think about ordering from them again. I couldn't even imagine worst customer service. The only legit thing they did was not charge my card till they sent the order out. I truly believe that the items never were in stock and they dodge untill they can send the order to your home, just my 1 and only experience with them.
