Hello knife fans,

Up for grabs is a "specimen slicer" in beta titanium! :) This light-weight, corrosion-proof blade should be good for daily cutting tasks or an excellent slicer for your maritime or hiking adventures.

This knife comes with a nice custom leather sheath made by Øye, which features a bison leather applique', and makes for a slim package.

The billet was forged from the 89.5Ti10Nb0.5Fe alloy used for my swords. The handle wrap is nylon cord with a fine, delicate deerskin lace wrap.

This isn't the cleanest, most perfect or crisp specimen slicer, but it is probably the thinnest and most sharp! Just a single smooth piece of heat-treated beta ti, with an iffy scotch-brite finish that screams, "use me!"

The specimen slicer has been described as "the perfect elevator fighting knife." If you or someone you love may be at risk of getting into an elevator fight someday, then this is the knife for you. Don't miss this chance to add a rare and odd knife to your collection!

OAL: Just under 7 3/4"

Sharpened cutting edge length: about 3"

Price: sold shipped to USA and most locations.

Paypal: KLSAMEE@yahoo.com

Thanks for looking! :]

Very nice knife and sheath package, very unique, I like that.

Speciman slicer ? It looks perfect for slicing salami ,and other fine Italian cold cuts [too small for mortadella] ! What does the real world use that alloy for other than medical things ?

Perhaps it's for slicing off specimens of fine Italian cold cuts!

Hmmm, Mete I thought you knew why this alloy was originally made. ;)

I remember yours, it had the most perfect profile shape of any specimen slicer. Nay, there are about 9 spec. slicers out there. Hey, you didn't left me a feedback! :D
